Alerts Dashboard
The notification dashboard can be used to better manage incoming patient alerts relating to high priority patient issues. If your site does remote monitoring, you may also receive email notifications from SeamlessMD pertaining to these alerts. These notifications are also visible on your provider dashboard, in both an aggregate and individual form.
When you login to your account, you will be on the 'Patient' tab as shown at the top of your screen. You will see a bell icon in the top-right corner of your screen with an orange exclamation mark, which indicates that you have unread notifications pertaining to the alerts dashboard.

When you click on the bell icon, you will see a dropdown menu displaying the notification details, including notification status, patient name, and time/day of when the notification was triggered.

When you click on "View All Notifications", you will be taken to the alerts dashboard, where you will see even more detail on the notifications. The alerts dashboard will display a list of patients that notifications have been triggered for including what the notification is. Please note that there would be one notification per patient that may contain multiple issues. You will be able to see the status of the issue, which indicates if someone on your team has already addressed the alert. A timestamp of when the alert was first viewed is also shown.

You will want to click on "View" to view a particular patient's profile and obtain more information pertaining to the issue(s) listed. You will be taken to the individual patient's profile, where their notification summary will appear at the top of the page.
If you have any further questions about alerts or remote monitoring please reach out to your CSA/CSM or support@seamless.md.
