Surveys Dashboard

From the Home Page, select the “Surveys” tab to view aggregate responses to individual survey questions in any of the surveys (e.g. Post-Discharge Health Check, 14-Day Satisfaction survey). Select the care plan and the survey you would like to see responses for and the data will automatically load.
