Complete Surveys on Behalf of Patients

In the SeamlessMD clinical application, select clinical users can complete surveys on behalf of the patient. This increases the adherence and response rate for surveys, by enabling clinicians to complete surveys for patients that are unable to do so themselves (e.g. over the phone). 


  1. From the patient roster, find the patient and click “View”. 

  1. Select the tab “Patient Activity Log”.

  1. Under the “Surveys” section, click the blue “Complete for Patient” button next to the survey you would like to complete. 

  1. The survey will open in a new window for you to complete.
