Accessing a SeamlessMD Account If One Has Not Yet Been Set Up for You

If you do not yet have a SeamlessMD account setup but are looking to gain access, please contact SeamlessMD support at support@seamless.md with the information below.


Information Needed to Set Up an Account

  • Your Name
  • Email Address *include if you are emailing on behalf of someone who needs to gain access*
  • SeamlessMD Program You Need Access To (eg. bariatrics, maternity)
  • Providers (whose patients you need access to)
  • Are you enrolling or monitoring patients (via alerts), or both?
  • Do you require the same access as a current user? If so, let us know the name of the user as it will help us set the correct permissions

SeamlessMD restricts access based on the relevant program and providers.


Accessing SeamlessMD If Your Hospital Site is Integrated with an EHR

If you are looking to access a SeamlessMD account for an integrated hospital, please try clicking on the SeamlessMD button within your EHR system first. Once you have clicked on the SeamlessMD button, you will see an error message. This creates a pending account in our system. If you receive this error when trying to access a patient, it may also be because you do not have access to that specific patient (either based on their care plan and/or associated provider).


Please email support@seamless.md to let them know you have tried accessing SeamlessMD through the EHR system and provide the information above so that we can set your permissions and grant you access to an account.
