How To Sign In to Your SeamlessMD Account

To begin using your SeamlessMD account, you will sign in using one of three possible login methods:

1. Manual login on the SeamlessMD web browser
2. Manual sign-in through your EHR system (integrated sites only)
3. Login using your EHR system credentials (integrated sites only)

Manual Login through the SeamlessMD Browser

You will start by logging in using either ca.seamless.md or usa.seamless.md, depending on where your hospital is located. When the program was launched, your customer success associate or customer success manager will have sent you login credentials to access your account using your organization's email address. Click "Forgot password?" to set up your password for the first time.

Please reach out to your customer success associate, customer success manager, or support@seamless.md if you do not have an account. You can follow the steps outlined in Accessing a SeamlessMD Account when reaching out.

Please note that a password change will be required every 90 days, and if there are 90 consecutive days of inactivity, your account will lock. Please reach out to support@seamless.md if your account locks or if you have any trouble resetting your password.

For Integrated Sites

If your hospital is integrated with SeamlessMD through an EHR system (Epic, Meditech, Cerner, or AllScripts), you may be able to access SeamlessMD directly using the EHR system or using your EHR account credentials.

Within your EHR, there will be a button to launch SeamlessMD. This will either open SeamlessMD within your EHR (e.g. Epic) or in a separate browser (e.g. Meditech). In this case, you can access SeamlessMD without an additional login. If you are unsure if you are integrated with the hospital EHR system, please reach out to your customer success associate or customer success manager.
