Custom Data Requests
What is a custom data request?
Custom data requests are any data analysis or data extracts that cannot be accessed through our usual functionality (dashboards or exports).
To put in a custom data request, please contact your Customer Success Associate or Customer Success Manager. We ask you to please keep in mind the instructions below:
- For any custom data extracts or reports, please provide us with at least 1 week's notice before a deadline to ensure we can process and allocate resources for your request
- If your request requires data analysis with other data sets (e.g. data from the EHR), please ensure you can provide us with access to that data before initiating the request
- Please provide us with a detailed outline of the data that you require, including the time frame and programs
Note: we may not be able to accommodate all custom data requests.
