Resetting Your Password

You may have to reset your password if your account has locked from too many password attempts or if you have forgotten your password.


Please try using the Forgot Your Password? function from the login page to reset your password or the links below. You should receive an email with instructions on how to reset within 5 minutes (please check your spam), if you entered an email that exists in our system. 


If you do not receive a password reset email, please ensure the email you entered is the one you originally signed in with or email support@seamless.md as we will be able to assist with a password reset.


Please Note: If you are from an integrated hospital site, we cannot trigger a password reset and you should contact your internal IT team to request a password reset.


Changing Your Password

You will be able to reset your password by going to the User Settings in the top right corner and entering your old password along with a new password.
