At SeamlessMD, we love to hear your new thoughts and ideas. Our ultimate goal is to build the perfect platform for both you and your patients. 


If you have any thoughts for new product features, please contact your Customer Success Associate or Customer Success Manager at Seamless and they would be happy to discuss them with you further.


When requesting a new product feature, please prepare the following information: 

  • What is it for (i.e., why do you want this feature added?)
  • Who is it for?
  • Who will be using it?
  • How urgent is this product feature?
  • What value would you like to get out of it? (i.e., What would it ideally improve or add to the platform?)
