3. When Should Patients Contact Support
Patients are encouraged to contact our support team if they experience technical issues in relation to the SeamlessMD program. We cannot answer specific clinical questions about surgery, appointments, recovery or give medical advice. We have included some common reasons as to when patients should contact support@seamless.md.
Password Reset
Patients should reach out to support if they are having trouble resetting their password or logging into their account. We do encourage them to click "Forgot your Username or Password?" on the home login page. However, if they experience any issues, we encourage them to contact our support team.
If patients contact your team to let you know they did not get a password reset email:
- Double check that the email on the patients profile is correct
- Refer to the 'Analytics' tab within the patient profile, which may indicate if emails are failing to send
- Check if the patient has a caregiver as the caregiver and patient must use the same password
- Please email support@seamless.md to let us know if none of the above steps solve the issue
Cannot Locate Content
Patients should contact support if they are having trouble accessing content within the program. We will direct patients to access all information on SeamlessMD in the education library by clicking the word "library" on the top right corner of your screen.
Trouble Accessing a Survey
If patients have any trouble accessing a survey within their account, they can contact our support team as we will be able to send the patient a direct link to the survey they are looking to complete.
